House Rules

  • The primary guest must be 18 years or older to check in. A valid photo ID (Passport) is required at check-in.

  • The hotel reserves the right to take necessary action if a guest's behaviour is deemed inappropriate, following an internal review.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, excluding normal wear and tear. Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. However, you may smoke outdoors by the pool or on your private terrace or designated area (ashtray provided).

  • As a responsible and sustainability-focused brand, we offer housekeeping twice a week, including linen change and towel replacement, while toiletry dispensers are refilled once weekly—a mindful approach to reduce water and resource consumption without compromising guest comfort.

  • Laundry Service: Available at an additional charge. Please allow a day for processing.

  • Quiet Hours: While we encourage you to enjoy your time in Bali, we request that noise levels be lowered after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Any disturbance may result in eviction without a refund.

  • A security deposit may be required for stays of 20 nights or more and will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage is found.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Guests are requested to inform the Reservations Team or in house supervisor for further details.

  • As part of our commitment to guest experience, we will reach out via email or WhatsApp after check-out to understand how your stay was and gather any feedback you may have. Your insights help us improve and ensure an even better experience for future stays.
