The primary guest must be 18 years or older to check in. A valid photo ID (Passport) is required at check-in.

The hotel reserves the right to take necessary action if a guest's behaviour is deemed inappropriate, following an internal review.

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, excluding normal wear and tear. Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. However, you may smoke outdoors by the pool or on your private terrace or designated area (ashtray provided).

Housekeeping Service: Available between 11 AM – 4 PM, with turndown service from 6 PM – 8 PM. Kindly let us know your preferred timing.

Laundry Service: Available at an additional charge. Please allow a day for processing.

Quiet Hours: While we encourage you to enjoy your time in Bali, we request that noise levels be lowered after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Any disturbance may result in eviction without a refund.

A security deposit may be required for stays of 20 nights or more and will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage is found.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Guests are requested to inform the Reservations Team or in house supervisor for further details.

As a responsible and sustainability-focused brand, we offer housekeeping twice a week, including linen change and towel replacement, while toiletry dispensers are refilled once weekly—a mindful approach to reduce water and resource consumption without compromising guest comfort.
